I had an amazing experience today at Waters Car Wash! The manager, JT went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect even taking extra steps he didn’t have to. His professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail genuinely made my day. It’s rare to find service like that anymore. 10/10 experience highly recommend!

Drove my truck through the wash fresh off the jobsite. Very muddy. Manager and employee took their time to give my truck a good pressure wash before going through the wash. Made a huge difference.

Lorena was very helpful and explained all the options I can get for my car. I was very happy with her service. She signed me up with a new plan, now my Benzo has a BLING LIKE NEVER BEFORE! THIS PLACE IS AWESOME. I WOULD RECOMMEND EVERYONE WHO LIKES A CLEAN CAR TO GO HOLLAR AT LORENA AT WATERS CAR WASH AND ASK HER TO HOOK YOU UP WITH THE SPECIAL THEY GOT GOING ON RIGHT NOW. 1ST MONTH IS LIKE 10 BUCKS FOR THE BEST WASH THEY GOT, THEN ITS JUST AUTOMATIC AFTER THAT EVERY MONTH. THEY GOT FREE VACUUMS, FREE TIRE SHINE, FREE MAT CLEANERS, FREE UPHOLSTERY OR CARPET CLEANING SOLUTION AND FRAGRANCE. THEY GOT THE HIGH PRESSURE AIR GUN TO GET THOSE STUBBORN DUSTY CRACKS IN YOUR DASH. THEY LET YOU USE BRAND NEW TERRY CLOTHES . I NEVER SEEN A CAR WASH BETTER THAN THIS BEFORE. DONT FORGET, GO TALK TO LORENA AT THE ENTRANCE. SHE WILL SIGN YOU UP WITH THAT 1ST MONTH DEAL. I WASH MY CAR EVERY WEEK AT THIS PLACE.. They just loose 2 accounts clients because they don’t want to deal with issues and put the responsibilities to the clients. Somebody stopped or hit the break inside the machine and cause my car hit their back and the machine did not stop. Manager/Sup called Brandon do not listen the clients and argue instead to fix the problem. Terrible customer service and poor service delivery on this place
